We are looking to hire an additional Team Manager for our rapidly expanding customer support team. The team is representing a multinational company in the eye care industry. With the position you will get an attractive salary package and become a part of the biggest BPO company in Europe.

Our client has been a family-run business for over 30 years, working together with their store´s partners to provide the best value optometry. Webhelp is excited to help our client with their customer support and we are only looking for the best of the best when it comes to hiring our new Team Manager.

Your main responsibility in the role as Team Manager will be to support, lead and develop the team. This includes

  • Training the team and answering product-based questions
  • Introducing new team members as the team grows in size
  • Keeping track of attendance and related issues
  • Quality Assurance checking of calls in order to improve customer satisfaction
  • Regular team and individual meetings to ensure customer service delivery according to contractual commitments.

As a person, you have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and you acquire experience from a similar role. Therefore, you know how to motivate and coach people. You are team-oriented, organized and you must be fluent in English as your team is multilingual.

You will have your workday in our new office in Benalmádena-Málaga, which has space for 800 employees, where you will become a part of the Webhelp family. As our new colleague, you will experience a professional work environment focusing on unity, development, and diversity.

About you:

  • You speak a native level of Swedish (and able to understand Norwegian) or Norwegian (and able to understand Swedish)
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have experience leading a customer support team
  • You have solid communication and listening skills
  • You can motivate, coach and lead a team
  • You are systematic and organized
